Curved Bed Frame is a delicately refined piece of bedroom furniture with an enduring aesthetic, that lends itself to both traditional and contemporary principles. Designed by Studio 0405, Curved Bed Frame is upholstered with a tightly woven wool fabric and features an elegant curve along each of its sides - a nod to the venerable French Lit Bateaux typology - creating a nest-like comfort within the bed. Optional upholstered drawers beneath the bed are available, for an elevated storage concept.
Founded by Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, STUDIO 0405 is a design studio working in the intersection between space and object. It explores the culture of design’s historic, technical and aesthetic properties and how it can be qualified and further developed in an object.
The studio plays with surroundings that enhance everyday life and the dialogue between object and human in a given context through inherent materiality and craftsmanship.

Are slats included with the bed frame?
Yes, you don't have to look for slats elsewhere. All our bed frames include a slatted base made from solid pine.
Which mattress can I use with the bed frame?
The construction of our bed frames allows you to use any type of mattress, not only a mattress from RYE. Foam mattresses, spring mattresses, box springs, futons etc. - the choice is yours.
How do I assemble my bed?
Curved Bed Frame is delivered flat-packed along with an easy-to-follow assembly guide. No tools or experience is needed to assemble the bed frame.
How is my bed delivered?
The bed frame is delivered in 6 boxes to your address, none of them being too large or heavy to carry for one person.
For most countries we offer a "white glove delivery" option, where all packages are carried in to your room-of-choice. This service can be worth the extra fee if you for any reason are unable to carry it in.
Why is the bed flat-packed?
Flat-packed furniture has many positive impacts. It enables efficiency and flexibility both in terms of transportation and when moving the furniture in and out of your home.
Additionally, when furniture is designed for disassembly it is easy to repair, by only having to replace the actual part that has been damaged instead of the whole item - both reducing waste and costs.
