Veng X Re-wool Bed Frame  |  218 / Soaped Oak

In a reinterpretation of the Veng Bed, a new fabric from Danish textile-manufacturer Kvadrat is introduced. Re-wool is created by the award-winning textile designer Margrethe Odgaard and characterized by its subtle aesthetic qualities. On a palette of calm color nuances, Re-wool is characterized by its patterns of colored stitchings on a darker base, creating a quietly shimmering effect.

The Re-wool textile is created with a sustainable, zero-waste philosophy in mind, as nearly half of the textile consists of leftover wool. The value of this fine material should not go to waste, and so through careful design, the wool is instead upcycled within the production cycle, and presents an opportunity to minimize our environmental footprint.
